No sé qué podrá ser, pero mirando por encima, parece un problema de java. Mira qué versión tienes y ponla aquí a ver. Otro problema podría ser que actualizaste a minecraft 1.9 cuando aun estamos con 1.8 en el servidor.

Esta bien, ahora lo que hice fue desinstalar java y volver a instalarlo
